How do you show up as a leader?  New paradigms of leadership recognize the importance of a holistic and multidimensional approach to leadership, making women’s ways of leadership even more relevant now than in the past.  However, many women have chosen to suppress or deny their innate ways of being and doing for fear of not being accepted or successful.  Join us for this highly participatory one- day equine assisted workshop to help you claim your authentic leadership. Equine- assisted coaching will enable you to find your authentic self through the non-judgmental eyes of the horse.

This workshop does not incorporate riding; all exercises with the horses are ground-based.  You can effectively participate while never stepping into the arena, however, if you choose to meet the horses, you will do so under the supervision of experienced horse women.
